I eat just until I’m full and no junk food. I go to the gym once a day for about an hour, a little more, and do 20 minutes or more of rough walking or jogging on the treadmill and then an elliptical, and then circuit training in my workouts.
I also try to drink lots of water.
Is this good enough?
ALSO:
-When I exercise, my heart rate is 180-200. Is this good for a cardio workout?
-Is my weight considered “fat”?

I’m about to be 18 years old in September and I want to go into the Air Force once i graduate next year. I know I have some physical training to do and need to lose a little weight. I’m not fat, but I don’t meet the requirements. I only need to lose like 5-10 pounds but I want to lose more than that. Do you think this workout plan would work?
Waking up early.
Going on a power walk with my dog.
Eating Quaker oatmeal or Cheerios, unfortunately with whole milk.[That's what my parents buy]
I would eat that for breakfast and lunch, then usually my parents cook dinner.
I usually go on a long bike ride in the woods.
Then come home and jump rope/dance a little. <–even though I suck at it, its still fun.
Then do a few crunches, push ups and various other exercises.
Do you think going to sleep at 9pm and waking up at 4:45-5am is a good amount of sleep?
I know i need to drink a lot more water and stop drinking sodas.
As of right now, I’m kind of sick and I think its because of my lack of water drinking, plus its very cold outside.
I’m going to start doing sprints up and down my street, which is a quarter of a mile.
I really want to get in the Air Force, its what I’ve wanted to do since i was 7 years old.
