Okay here is my short story.
about a month ago i weighed 256.
today i weight, 235-6
i achieved this through a method called fasting, or detoxing the body.
Lately I have been wondering a couple things on how i should lose weight even moer to at least get down to 215, so i started eating nutritional food. However today i ate a salad and a banana for breakest and for the fun of it i stepped on the scale and from 235, i became 239, so then for lunch (wrote this question but didnt post until today) i had 2 servings of breadsticks with ranch, again, for the heck of it, stepped on the scale and i only gained like a pound. Maybe not even that.
So help me out if you could, why eat nutrional stuff thatll make me gain more as opposed to fatty stuff which wont?
i need some insight to be skinny xD
